Chiffon Petticoat with Fluff Ruffle

Soft look and feel, trimmed with Chiffon Ruffling! A chiffon petticoat with fluff for the bottom edging, making a nice full look without the stiffness. The waist is adjustable, and the petticoat can be shortened at least 1" or 2" by moving the elastic into one of the provided casings (petite is only adjustable 1").
