A multi layer, "stands-straight-out" tutu with stretch waistband/yolk. Fitting guide:
XS would fit a typical young dancer, say age 9-12
P/S would fit adult wearing Petite or Small leotards
M/L would fit adult wearing Medium or Large leotars
